Defendant received and accepted the aforementioned goods and services which were provided by Plaintiff. 5. The prices charged by Plaintiff were fair and reasonable and were the market pnccs Ihal prevailed at the time of the transactions at issue. 6. The prices charged by Plainti ff were the prices that Defendant agreed to pay. 7. Plaintiff avers that there is a balance due and owing from Defendant in the amount of $7,428.35, plus ongoing interest on the outstanding balance in the amount of 18% from Februal'Y 28. 21111'> which currently totals $1,286.83. 8.
