KUSIC, ESQUIRE, and makes its Complaint as follows: 1. Plaintiff, CCNB BANK. N.A., is a national banking assoc- iation, organized and existinG under the laws of the United States of America, and maintaining its principal office at 331 BridGe Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendants, CHARLES WALLACE AND MARY WALLACE, are adult individuals residinG at 210 South Bellevue Avenue, LanGhorne' Bucks County, Pennsylvania. 3. On or about January 30, 1985, Defendants entered into a Credit AGreement with Plaintiff attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. Under the pursuant to said AGreement, Plaintiff extended credit from time to time to Defendants. 5. AlthouGh Defendants were required under the Credit AGreement, to repay the indebtedness created by use of a credit card, Defendants have failed to repay the same in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, causing the entire sum presently owing thereunder to be immediately due and payable to Plaintiff. 6. There is presently owing from Defendants to Plaintiff the sum of $2,181.15 pursuant to said Agreement executed by Defendants, a copy of said billings being attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B". 7. Although demand has been made, Defendants have refused to pay the outstandinq balance of $2,181.15 and has continued to refuse to pay the same until the present time. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays your Honorable Court to enter judg~nent against Defendant in the amount of $2,181.15 plus interest and the costs of this proceeding. 3905 North Front Street P.O.
