NOTE: The foregoing oath shall be administered by some person authorized to administer
oaths.
The oaths of STATE OFFICERS, JUSTICES OF THE SUPR]~ME COURT and JUDGES
OF THE SUPERIOR AND COMMONWEAL TH COURTS shldl be filed in the office of the
Secretary of the Commonwealth.
The oaths of other judicial and county officers shall be tiled with the Prothonotary of the
county in which the oath is taken.
