NOTE: The foregoing oath shall be administered by some person authorized to administer
oaths.
The oaths of STATE OFFICERS, JUSTICES OF THE SUPRE:ME COURT and JUDGES
OF THE SUPERIOR AND COMMONWEAL TH COURTS shall be filed in the office ofthe
Secretary ofthe Commonwealth.
The oaths of other judicial and county officers shall be filed with the Prothonotary of the
county in which the oath is taken.
