7. As of March 19, 2005, Kocher had only delivered 20,500.45 caliber
bullets and 34,500.44 caliber bullets to John Romito.
8. Kocher has not delivered any more bullets since March 19, 2005.
9. Kocher has not returned any of the outstanding balance of John Romito's
money.
10. Kocher has indicated that he does not intend to fufill his commitment in
any way.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff John Romito demands judgment against
Defendant, Steve Kocher, for damages in an amount of at least $2,500.00, for
Defendant's breach of contract.
