STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
Contractor and Owner have entered into an agreement for the construction of a
single family residence on Lot No. 22 of Witney Ridge, a planned community, in Upper
Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which property is more particularly
bounded and described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
Contractor has agreed to supply all labor, materials, supplies, and other requirements
necessary to complete construction of the residence on that property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the above named parties hereby stipulate and agree, in
consideration of the contract between the parties, that neither the undersigned Contractor
any subcontractor or materialman, nor any other person or entity furnishing labor or
materials to the Contractor for the construction of the said residence may file a lien,
commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said
building or any part thereof or any other improvements to the lot on which the residence is
to be erected.

This Stipulation is intended to be filed with the Prothonotary for the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the requirements
of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963, 49 P.S. 1000 et seq., of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, have set
forth their hands and seals this Z (1'& day of December, 2005.
