Decedent, then 88 years of age, died December 22, 2005, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Except as follows, decedent did not marry, was not divorced and did not have a child born or adopted after execution of the Will offered for probate; was not the victim of a killing and was never adjudicated incompetent: NO EXCEPTIONS Decedent at death owned property with estimated values as follows: (If domiciled in PA) All personal property (If not domiciled in PA) Personal property in Pennsylvania (If not domiciled in PA) Personal property in County Value of real estate in Pennsylvania Situate as follows: 137 Lincoln Street. OBERTON, SR., of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills and codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my daughters, LINDA MAY OBERTON and CAROL L. BARNES HAMPTON, or the survivor of them. THIRD: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, LINDA MAY OBERTON, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. Should my daughter, LINDA MAY OBERTON, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, CAROL L. BARNES HAMPTON, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. FIFTH: I direct my Executrix and her successors shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in this or any other jurisdiction.
