APPOINTMENT
Know all men by these presents, that T, Curtis R. Long, Prothonotary, in and for
the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have made, constituted and
appointed Jane H. Sparling to be my Znd Deputy and Attorney-in-fact to transact and
perform Administration of Oaths and Affirmations in the performance of duties
appertaining to the above-named office (in accordance with Act of August 9, 1955, P.L.
323, County Code Section 1306), hereby authorizing and empowering Jane H. Sparling,
my said Znd Deputy and Attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the duties mentioned above,
and things necessary to be done by me in the aforesaid office, according to law, in as full
