consideration of the Petition of Thomas M. Owlett, attorney for Karl F. Frantz and
Joanne Frantz Holland, Petitioners for the Estate of Harold E. Frantz, it is hereby Ordered
and Decreed as follows:
ORDER
A. That TXU Business Services, as transfer agent for Texas Utilities
Company, is hereby directed to transfer one-half of the shares of common
stock of Texas Utilities titled in the name of Doris R. Frantz and Harold E.
Frantz, Joint Tenants, to Karl F. Frantz; and
B. That TXU Business Services, as transfer agent for Texas Utilities
Company, is hereby directed to transfer one-half of the shares of common
stock of Texas Utilities titled in the name of Doris R. Frantz and Harold E.
Frantz, Joint Tenants, to Joanne Frantz Holland; and
C. That Karl F. Frantz and Joanne Frantz Holland are authorized to sign any
and all documentation for the transfer, as directed in this Order, of the
outstanding shares of common stock of Texas Utilities Company titled in
the name of Doris R. Frantz and Harold E. Frantz, Joint Tenants.
