PETITION UNDER SECTION 3102 OF THE PROBATE,
ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE FOR
SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Larry K. Lutz, your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate under the
provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in support thereof avers
that:
(1 ) Your Petitioner, Larry K. Lutz, is a competent adult residing at 34 Ridge Avenue,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, and is the widower of the above decedent.
(2) Deborah Coleen Lutz, wife of the Petitioner died on November 25, 2005~ at the age of
55 years, and was domiciled at 34 Ridge Avenue, Carlisle, Cumbe~land County,
Pennsylvania.
(3) Deborah Coleen Lutz had no probate estate when she died other than an account held
with Wachovia Bank with a value of $2,500.00. A copy of the Wachovia Bank
statement is attached as Exhibit "A."
(4) The sole heirs and next of kin and their relationship to the decedent are as follows:
Larry K. Lutz, husband
(5) Your Petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no claims unpaid
known to your Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing
distribution of the sum of $2,500.00 to Larry K. Lutz, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code.
