AND NOW, this 10th day of January, 2006, upon consideration of the New
Petition To Enforce the Gerber Family Settlement Agreement, Dated September 9, 2005,
of Mildred J. Gerber and Fred E. Gerber, Sr., and Request for a Continuance Due to New
Information and Marilyn Gerber's Absence from the USA from December 29,2005 until
the End of February 2006, the hearing and argument previously scheduled for January 19,
2006, and rescheduled for February 14, 2006, I is now rescheduled to Thursday, April 6,
2006, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. Briefs shall be submitted to the Court at least five days prior to the
argument.
I See the prior Order of Court dated December 27, 2005, listing the specific matters to be heard at the
forthcoming hearing of April 6, 2006.
