DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 10th day of January, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition to Admit Copy of
Original Will to Probate and the original will having been located and offered for probate by Emma B.
Henry, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the hearing scheduled for January 10, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. is
continued generally and that the Last Will and Testament of Joseph A. Charette, dated July 19, 1994, be
admitted to probate as originally written. Any alleged modification or adjustments to the instrument are
not accepted into probate due to the fact that they are not dated or initial by the testator. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that upon the filing of a Petition for Letters Testamentary by the named Executor
and Administration of the Oath of Personal Representatives to said Executor, and Letters Testamentary
shall thereupon be granted to said Executor.
