DICK, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. 1. I direct my Executor to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently after my decease. 2. I authorize and empower my Executor to sell any realty owned by me at my death, and not specifically devised herein, at either public or private sale, and to give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living. 3. I direct that my Executor shall purchase a granite headstone matching the headstone for my father, Harry Dick, to be placed at my gravesite beside that of my father. In order to insure that sufficient funds are immediately available for this purpose, I have designated my estate as the beneficiary of a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) life insurance policy. 4.
