RECEIPT AND RELEASE
IN THE
ESTATE OF CHARLOTTE K. LIPSETT, DECEASED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS Charlotte K. Lipsett, late
of 801 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died on
February 25, 2005;
WHEREAS, the assets of the said decedent consist of personal property to a total value
of $172,826.27 as set forth in the attached Distribution Schedule, which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, I, Jeanne Bell, do hereby acknowledge and agree with receipt of those items
and assets set forth in said Distribution Schedule;
THEREFORE, I hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge Mari~~e F.
