of them, against the real estat.e described in Schedule "A", attached hereto and

Contractor, dated Decanber 27 , 20~. or unde~ any supplemenltal contract,
verbal or written, or contract for extra work or materials relatiqg ~o and work
to be done or material furnished under said principal contract. Th~ undersigned,
for itself, its subcontractors, ma~erialmen, laborers and a~yone ~lse acting or
claiming through or under it, hereby waives and relinquishes all lright to file
a mechanics' lien, claim or notice 0: intention to file any lien orlclaim against
the Real Estate. i

The undersigned, for itself, its subcontracto~s, materialmen, laboreb.s and anyone
else act.ing under or through it, hereby i:::-revocably authorizes andl empowers any
attorney of any courc of competent jurisdiction of the Co~onwealth af
Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear as attorney for it, them orl any of them,
in any such court and, in its or their name or names, mark satisf~ed of record
at the cost and expense of the undersigned, any and all claimsl, liens, any
pleading, or ins~rument, or any amendment to any pleading or instrumept previously
filed by it or them, to incorpo:::-ate therein as part of the record thlis waiver and
for such act or acts this waiver shall be good and sufficient! warra:1t and
authority, and the undersigned for itself, and for them, does h~rebY remise,
release and quit-claim all rights and all manner of errors, inl f~li::g such
pleading, instrument or amendment, or in any way concerning them. I

Owner shall have the absolute right in its name or in the name of tht undersig:J.ed
or ar.y other entity or person who shall have filed a claim o:::~ lien, I to cause any
and all such claims or liens to be discharged by any other ins~r~~~nt, pleading
or p~oceeding permitted at law or in equity.
The undersigned hereby avers, reprE.sents and warrants that no work jas commenced
or.. the Real Estate and no labor or mate.:-ia1s have been delive.:-ed to the Real
Estate or furnished for the improvement of the Real Estate by the u dersigned or
by any subcontractor, ma:erialman, laborer, or other person or en~.ty, and that
no authorization has yet been given by the Owner to the unde:::-signe to commence
work or purchase materials in connection with -;:ne Real Esta':e. :
