WILHELM, Owners MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Douglas E. Wilhelm, Jr. and Lisa H. Wilhelm, ("Owners") and that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 4704 Courtland Street Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-21-0279 Parcel No.: 144 For unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1,2005 through October 31, 2005. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to applicable ordinances ofthe Township of Hampden. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of$256.46 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning January I, 2005 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19,2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. S 5601, et seu., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S.
