NOW, comes David A. Baric, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiffs in the above matter and sets
forth the following in support of this motion to withdraw as counsel:
1. Plaintiffs have agreed to accept seven monthly payments of Two Hundred and
00/100 Dollars ($200.00), for a total of One Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars
($1,400.00) from the Defendant, commencing September 25, 2007.
2. Counsel for Plaintiffs wishes to withdrawal as counsel.
WHEREFORE, Counsel for Plaintiffs respectfully requests that he be permitted to
withdrawal as counsel of record for Plaintiffs.
