LONE TREE, INC. with an office at 4409 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, P A 17011
herein called the "CONTRACTOR" has entered into a contract with
HIGH PROPERTIES, with an office at 5000 Ritter Road, Suite 201, Mechanicsburg, P A
17055, herein called the "OWNERS" to erect for Owners tenant improvements for new
tenant, A Meal In Minutes, LLC providing all the materials and labor, upon the following lot
or tract ofland of Owners: 5020 Ritter Road, Suite 207, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the Owners and the
Contractor as part of the contract and for the consideration therein set forth that the right to file a
Mechanics' Lien claim is waived and that neither the undersigned Contractor, nor any
subcontractor materialman, laborer, or any other person furnishing labor or materials to the
Contractor or the Owners shall file a claim or lien commonly called a Mechanics' Lien, for work
done or materials furnished to the proposed construction, the land appurtenant thereto, or any
part thereof.
This Stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Office of the Prothonotary of the above
County, Pennsylvania, prior to the commencement of the work upon the aforesaid lot of land,
and the Contractor hereby agrees that no authority has been given to him to proceed with the
work prior to the execution and filing of this Waiver.
