I am a representative of Erie Insurance Group ("Erie") and as such am fully familiar with the facts and circumstances underlying the above-captioned matter. 2. Erie is subrogated to its insured, Steven Pataky, in connection with a loss that occurred on June 11, 2005, which is the incident giving rise to this matter. 3.
