3. On 10/18/2004 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises
hereinafter described to PLAINTIFF which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1887, Page: 2700.
4. The premises subject to said mortgage is described as attached.
5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said
mortgage due 08/01/2005 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said
mortgage, upon failure of mortgagor to make such payments after a date specified by written
notice sent to Mortgagor, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible
forthwith.

WHEREFORE, PLAINTIFF demands an in rem Judgment against the Defendant(s) in the sum of $
510,015.95, together with interest from 01/19/2006 at the rate of $74.90 per diem to the date of
Judgment, and other costs and charges collectible under the mortgage and for the foreclosure and sale of
the mortgaged property.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon erected, situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described, pursuant to a compass survey by Tom O. Bietsch, Registered
Surveyor in May of 1968, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the York Road; thence by land formerly of Ira Sheeley, now or formerly of Harry
Sheeley, North 3 degrees 25 minutes West 1596.5 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Sunday, North 81
degrees 35 minutes East 1014 feet to a point; thence by the same, South 6 degrees 10 minutes East 1324 feet to a point;
thence by the same, North 81 degrees 35 minutes East 10 feet to a point; thence by the same, South 9 degrees East 284
feet to a point in the center of the York Road; thence by the center of the York Road, South 82 degrees 45 minutes West
