NO. 2006 -) se 7 MLD STEPHEN MICHAEL LONG and SUSAN MURPHY LONG, Owners MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Stephen Michael Long and Susan Murphy Long ("Owners") and all that certain tract ofland including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 4131 Nantucket Drive Mechanicsburg, P A 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-16-1058 Parcel No.: 035 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from October 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy ofthe Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $647.48 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning October 1, 2004 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act ofJune 19,2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. S 5601, et sea., as supplemented and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN. P.C. amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S.
