Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the 4th day of January 2006 , by and between
FCM Builders
Hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
Gl~ Donna L. Collins
Hereinafter referred to as Ownel'll,
AND
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct 011 that certlin lot of ground

appurtenant thereto tor or on account of any work done ormalerial$ furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction or
the said buildings on the 101 above thc said Contractor, for them$clves. their subcol1tractors and
ol:her$ under them hereby expressly waivc and relinquish the right to have, file and maintain any
mechanic's liens or claims again$t the said building or any ofthern, and agree that this
inWumenl, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
