AND NOW this 25th day of January, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition for Citation
to Show Cause Why Letters of Administration Should Not be Granted Solely to Rebecca S.
Baumbach and Susan E. Hughes and the Response to Citation and Rule to Show Cause filed by
David R. Hoke, IT IS DECREED that upon the proper filing of a Petition for Letters of
Administration such letters shall be issued to Rebecca S. Baumbach and Susan E. Hughes.
In reaching this decision, the Court has considered the intestacy laws and to whom Letters
of Administration could actually be granted; in her discretion she judged that Rebecca S.
Baumbach and Susan E. Hughes could best administer the Estate Sandra J. McHenry.
