Petition for the Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Plenary Guardianship of
the Estate and Person of Claire W. Crego, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. ~ 5511, it is hereby
ORDERED that a hearing be held in Courtroom No.5 of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania on February 21,2006, at 9:30 a.m., to receive
evidence as to (1) why Claire W. Crego should be declared to be an incapacitated
person, and (2) the need to appoint a Guardian to act on her behalf.
