has failed and refused to pay for charges incurred.
The balance due and owing is $2,002.76 with interest accruing at 6% as of May 5,2005.
Defendant has not objected to account statements issued.
Defendant's obligation is based on a subsisting debt, was in writing and arised from a preexisting account.
Defendant is liable to Plaintiff in this debt as account statements were issued.
The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for reasonable attorney's fees which are as of filing the complaint, $250.00.
