The Plaintiff issued a credit card, account no. 4227-0938-7004-4496. to the Defendant for which the Defendant
has failed and refused to pay for charges incurred.
The balance due and owing is $2,054.79 with interest accruing at 6% as of August 16, 2005.
Defendant has not objected to account statements issued.
Defendant's obligation is based on a subsisting debt, was in writing and arised from a preexisting account.
Defendant is liable to Plaintiff in this debt as an account stated.
The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for reasonable attorney's fees which are as of filing the complaint, $250.00.
