STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, the REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with SNOKE'S EXCAVATING
AND PAVING, INC., for demolition of a deteriorated addition to the structure located at 37
South Bedford Street, in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE
COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND to the said SNOKE'S EXCAVATING AND PAVING, INC. to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said Contract with SNOKE'S EXCAVATING AND PAVING, INC. and the
further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the
renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
