("Lessor") a Pennsylvania corporation with a place of business located at 1566 Medical Drive, Pottstown, P A 19464-0274. 2. Defendant Tony Blessing, individually and d/b/a Tony Blessing Trucking, is an adult individual residing at 6600 Carlisle Pike, Apt. A, Mechanicsburg, P A 17050, 3. On July 26, 2004, defendant executed a Lease in favor of Lessor whereby defendant agreed to be bound by the provisions of the Lease as a direct and primary obligation, .. A true and correct copy of said Lease is marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 4. The Lease was not assigned, Plaintiff is successor by merger to Patriot Commercial Leasing Company, Inc. ~e It (Pi'l'1e 2 .ot;.) 6) 5, Pursuant to the Lease, defendant )vas required to pay twenty-four (24) payments of $893.17 Defendant failed to make the monthly lease payments when due and was declared in October 31,2004, 6, Judgment has not been entered on said instruments, 7.
