Gentlemen:
This office represents Lenore Welkes and her late husband with regard to the
Estate and also with regard to litigation that was instituted against a former caregiver.
Additionally, the Cumberland County District Attorney's office had filed criminal charges
against the caregiver and that matter was just recently concluded. We are awaiting the
receipt of funds from the criminal proceeding to complete the Inheritance Tax Return
and the Estate. Accordingly, until we receive those funds, we are not in a position
where we can further proceed.
