acknowledged, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building(s) by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra lahor or materials purchased for the erection of said building(s),
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ata point on the northern right-of-way line ofJenniferCircle (50.0.0 feet wide), said
point being located at the southeastern comer of Lot No. 68; then along the eastern boundary line of Lot No.
68, and through a proposed 25.00 foot wide drainage easement, North 00 degrees 19 minutes 47 seconds
West, for a distance of 113.88 feet, to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton
