STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 20TH day of JANUARY, 2006
by and between
GOODLING WOLFE CONSTRUCTION
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
RUSSELL C. GOODLING AND THOMAS S. WOLFE
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a
single family dwelling, at LOT #613 PHASE VI, HIGHLANDS OF HAMPDEN, HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP,
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA, more particularly described in attached exhibit "AU
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to Contractor it in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by
them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said
Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly
waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the
right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

way line of Kent Drive at the dividing line of Lot #614 and Lot
#613i Thence by line of Lot #614, North 77 degrees 33 minutes 13
seconds West, 128.14 feet to a pointi Thence by line of Lot #526,
North 04 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East, 89.22 feet to a
concrete monument at the dividing line of lands of The Highlands of
Hampden Square, Phase 7 and Lot #613i Thence by lands of The
Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase 7, South 78 degrees 01 minutes
07 seconds East, 140.29 feet to a point on the western right-of-way
line of Kent Drive; Thence by said right-of-way by a cuve to the
right having a radius of 926.07 feet and an arc length of 7.51
feet to a point; Thence continuing by said right-of-way line, South
12 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds West, 82.02 feet to a point at the
dividing line of Lot #614 and Lot #613, THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEIRG Lot No. 613 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan
of The Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase VI, recorded February 26,
1998 in Plan Book 76, Page 50.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Highlands of Hampden Square Partnership, a
Pennsylvania Partnership, by Deed dated July 31, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on August II, 2003, in Record
Book 258, Page 3167, granted and conveyed unto Russell C. Goodling, married man and
Thomas S. Wolfe, single man, Mortgagors herein.
