PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
1. Paul Niziolek who resides at 896 Blake St. Apt G Indianapolis, IN 46202 and Lisa Tieman
who resides at 896 Blake St. Apt G Indianapolis, IN 46202 would like to petition the Court to
waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a marriage license.
2. The reason for their request is that Paul and Lisa are unable to travel from Indianapolis, IN to
Mechanicsburg, P A to meet the three-day marriage license waiting period requirement due to
Paul's commitments as a student at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
3. The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on Thursday June 15,2006 with the
date of the marriage being Saturday June 17,2006.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned petition the Court to waive the three day waiting period for
issuance of the marriage license.
