KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we RICHARD S. DOUGHERTY. JR. of 1011 DOGWOOD
LANE,ENOLA PENNSYLVANIA 17025 as Principal, and Travelers CasuaItv and Surety Company of America, a
corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto
Commonwealth of Pennsvlvania, as Obligee, in the penal sum of Twentv Five Thousand and 00/100 ($25,000.00)
Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, for the payment of which well and truly to be made, said Principal
binds himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and said Surety binds itself, its successors and
assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
WHEREAS, the said Principal has been elected to the office of Maaisterial District Justice for a definite term
beginning Januarv 02. 2006, and ending Januarv 02, 2012, and is required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance
of the duties of the said office or position.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION is such that if the above bounden Principal shall (except
as hereinafter provided) faithfully perform the duties of his/her said office or position during the said term, and shall pay
over to the persons authorized by law to receive the same all moneys that may come into his/her hands during the said
term without fraud or delay, and at the expiration of said term, or in case of his/her resignation or removal from office,
shall turn over to his/her successor all records and property which have come into his/her hands, then this obligation to
be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the above named Surety shall not be liable hereunder for any loss of any public fund
resulting from the insolvency of any bank or banks in which said funds are deposited; and, if this provision shall be held
void, this entire bond shall be void.
AND PROVIDED FURTHER, that the Surety may cancel bond at any time during the said term by giving to
the obligee a written notice of its desire so to cancel and at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the receipt
of such notice by the obligee the surety shall be completely released as to all liability thereafter accruing. If
this provision shall be held void, this entire bond shall be void.

Second Vice President, the Treasurer, any Assistant Treasurer, the Corporate Secretary or any Assistant Secretary may appoint Attorneys-in-Fact
and Agents to ad for and on behalf of the company and may give such appointee such authority as his or her certificate of authority may prescribe
to sign with the Company's name and seal with the Company's seal bonds, recognizances, contracts of indemnity, and other writings obligatoI)' in
the nature of a bond, recognizance, or conditional wuIertaking, and any of said officers or the Board of Directors at any time may remove any such
appointee and revoke the power given him or her.
V01ED: That the Chainnan, the President, any Vice Chainnan, any Executive Vice President, any Senior Vice President or any Vice President
may delegate all or any port of the foregoing authority to one or more officers or employees of this Company, provided that each such delegation is
in writing and a copy thereof is tiled in the office of the Secretary.
VOTED: That any bond, recognizance, contract of indenurity, or writing obligatory in the nature of a bond, recognizance, or conditional
undertaking shall be valid and binding upon the Company when (a) signed by the'\'resident, any Vice Chainnan, any Executive Vice President, any
Senior Vice President or any Vice President, any Second Vice President, the Treasurer, any Assistant Treasurer, the Corporate Secretary or any
Assistant Secretary and duly attested and sealed with the Company's seal by a Secretary or Assistant Secretary, or (b) duly executed (under seal, if
required) by one or more Attorneys-in-Fact and Agents pursuant to the power prescribed in his or her certificate or their certificates of authority or
by one or more Company officers pursuant to a written delegation of authority. .
This Power of Attorney and Certificate of Autbority i. signed and sealed by facsimile (mechaniCal or printed) under and by
authority of tbe following Standing Resolution voted by the Boards of Directors of TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY
COMPANY OF AMERICA, TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY and FARMINGTON CASUALTY
COMPANY,.which Resolution is now in full force and effect:
VOTED: That the signature of each of the following officers: President, any Executive Vice President, any Senior Vice President, any Vice
President, any Assistant Vice President, any Secretary, any Assistant Secretary, and the seal of the Company may be affIXed by facsimile to any
power of attorney or to any certificate relating thereto appointing Resident Vice Presidents, Resident Assistant Secretaries or Attorneys-in-Fact for
