CIVIL ACTION
CUSTODY STIPULATION
It is hereby stipulated that:
1. Syreeta Cole, natural mother of herein named minor, is an
adult individual who currently resides at 8 E. Simpson St.,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
James Gibson, natural father of herein named minor, is an adult
individual whose whereabouts currently are unknown. James Gibson's
last known address is 644 Windsor Dr., Bencia, CA 94510.
NeeReja Deshari Gibson, minor and natural child of Syreeta Cole and
James Gibson, currently resides at 8 E. Simpson St., Mechanicsburg,
PA 17055.
4. Dorothy Loraine Cole, the maternal grandmother, is an adult who
currently resides at 8 E. Simpson St., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
5. Dorothy Loraine Cole has full, legal and physical custody of NeeReja
Deshari Gibson. Dorothy Loraine Cole wishes to give custody of
NeeReja Deshari Gibson to Syreeta Cole. Syreeta Cole will have full,
legal and physical custody of NeeReja Deshari Gibson, including the
right and responsibility to make decisions regarding NeeReja Deshari
Gibson's education, health, financial and any other decision that may
be required to properly care for said minor.
6. Syreeta Cole wishes to accept full, legal and physical custody of
NeeReja Deshari Gibson.
7. There is no requirement for Dorothy Loraine Cole to pay child support
in any manner or form.
