consideration of the Petition of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that Manufacturers and Traders Trust
Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is appointed Guardian of the estate of Steven W.
Richwine, a minor, and the provisions of Cumbo Cty. O.CR. 12.5-2(3) are waived with
regard to the Petitioner's service as Executor of the Estate of Florence E. Comp,
Deceased.
The Guardian, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, is hereby excused
from giving bond.
The Guardian is directed to file an Inventory within 90 days of the date of this
Decree in accordance with the provisions of 20 Pa. CONS. STAT. S5142.
