This confirms our telephone conversation this afternoon with respect to the
Inheritance Tax Return, Rev-1500, filed for the above Estate. We reported the
Individual Retirement Account for Mr. Taylor on Schedule B of the Return, but you
indicated it more properly should have been identified on Schedule G as a non-probate
asset. Please accept this letter as a letter of correction to correct and transfer
information concerning Mr. Taylor's IRA Account from Item 1 on Schedule B to Item 1
of Schedule G. Please confirm this correction in writing to us at the above address.
I am providing a copy of this letter for the office of Glenda Farner Strasbaugh,
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, with a request that the invoice issued to us
for an additional probate fee be rescinded and that the Register's Office assess us a
probate filing fee by adding lines 6 and 7 and subtracting that total from the amount on
line 8, thereby resulting in no additional probate filing fee.
