I I direct my executor to pay for the care of my dog or dogs as an expense of administration until suitable arrangements can be made for a home or homes for them, and if no such acceptable home can be found that my said dog or dogs shall be euthanized in the most humane manner possible. Under no circumstances shall they be housed in a kennel for a prolonged period of time. II I give and bequeath my books to the Bosler Library to be used at the discretion of the librarian. III I give and bequeath Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) to Central Mausoleum Trust Fund, and One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) to St. Matthew's Church, Plainfield, for care of the Isaac Kerns lot. IV I give and bequeath the following legacies: A. Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to the First Lutheran Church of Carlisle. B. Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to the Cumberland County Historical Society. C. Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to the Humane Society of Greater Harrisburg Area, Inc., to be used for the West Shore Shelter. D. Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) to Dickinson College for a piano practice room in memory of my mother, Mary Dougherty MacGregor. E. Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) to Carlisle Hospital to be used for the purchase of art works from the Carlisle Art Association or members thereof. F. One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) to the Carlisle YWCA. V I give and bequeath the following legacies and specific bequests to the individuals named if living at the time of my death, otherwise to lapse: A. Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) and my set of Haviland china for 8 to Mary R. Foster. B. Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) and my set of Noritake china for 12 to Mary Swartz Leedom. C.
