of the Petition of the Trustee to Sell Real Estate and to Substitute Trustee, it appearing of
record that all parties in interest agree with and wish the Court to approve the sale and to
substitute the Trustee, it is hereby ORDERED that the Petition is granted.
Teddie R. Hancock is substituted as Trustee in lieu of Anthony 1. McBeth. Further,
the Trust is permitted to sell the real estate that is the subject of the Petition to Benjamin
Wilson in accordance with the terms of the Agreement of Sale, a copy of which is attached
to the Petition.
