ALICE L. NAUGLE
I, ALICE L. NAUGLE of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
As to such estate as I possess at the time of my decease, I dispose of in manner
as follows:
1. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all my just debts,
legally collectible, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. My Executrix
shall pay any expenses associated with my funeral, grave and grave marker. My
Executrix shall pay all administration expenses, and all estate, inheritance, succession
and transfer taxes imposed by the United States or any state, territory or possession
which shall become payable by reason of my death. It shall not be necessary to file any
claims therefor nor to have them allowed by any Court.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature, and wheresoever
situate at the time of my decease, as follows:

A. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TEN THOUSAND
($10,000.00) DOLLARS unto Trinity Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011, to be used as the governing body so desires.
S. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of FORTY THOUSAND
($40,000.00) DOLLARS unto MR. AND MRS. GERALD S. LEIS (or the survivor of
them), their issue per stirpes.
C. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND
($35,000.00) DOLLARS unto MR. AND MRS. THOMAS E. MARSH (or the survivor of
them), their issue per stirpes.
D. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND ($25,000.00) DOLLARS unto MR. AND MRS. DONALD YOUNG (or the
survivor of them), their heirs and assigns forever.
E. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
($15,000.00) DOLLARS unto CHRISTINE M. MARSH, Trustee, in trust, nevertheless,
to invest, reinvest and keep the same invested in such real and personal estate as
prudent woman of intelligence and discretion would do for herself, for investment and
not for speculation, giving due regard to the safety of the principal and the adequacy of

the income, without being limited to the so-called "legal investments" in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and to use only so much of the net income thereof as
may be necessary for the support, maintenance, medical expenses and education of
ERICA LEE MARSH until she has attained the age of twenty-one (21) years. If and in
the event that ERICA LEE MARSH may be in need of additional funds for support,
maintenance, medical expenses and education, then and in such event, I hereby
authorize, and direct my said Trustee to use so much of the principal or corpus of this
trust as they may deem necessary for support, maintenance, medical expenses and
education, without the necessity of making an application to Court for authority to do so.
When ERICA LEE MARSH attains the age of twenty-one (21) years, my Trustee shall
transfer and set over unto ERICA LEE MARSH the remainder of the corpus of said
trust, together with any accumulated income.
If and in the event that CHRISTINE M. MARSH does not survive me, or does not
complete her duties as Trustee, then and in such event, I hereby nominate, constitute
and appoint THOMAS E. MARSH as successor Trustee of this my Last Will and
Testament, to have all the powers, duties and discretion aforesaid.

If and in the event, but only in the event, that my net estate - after payment of all
estate expenses, including, but not limited to, estate and inheritance taxes, attorney's
fees, executor's fees, costs of probate and incidental expenses and costs of all kinds
and nature - exceeds One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand ($125,000.00) Dollars, I
make the following bequests. If these bequests cannot be paid in full, I direct my
Executrix to make a pro-rata distribution of the amounts set forth hereafter out of that
portion of my net estate that exceeds One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand
($125,000.00) Dollars:
F. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of ONE THOUSAND
($1,000.00) DOLLARS unto VIOLET SPENCE, her heirs and assigns forever.
G. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of ONE THOUSAND
($1,000.00) DOLLARS unto GINGER NEBINGER, her heirs and assigns forever.
H. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TEN THOUSAND
($10,000.00) DOLLARS unto JOHN LOVETT.
If and in the event that JOHN LOVETT does not survive me, or in the
event he is not living at the time my Executrix makes distribution of specific bequests
set forth herein, then and in such event, this bequest shall lapse and the amount

designated shall be deemed to be part of my residuary estate, to be dealt with as I
direct elsewhere in this my Last Will and Testament.
I. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of ONE THOUSAND
($1,000.00) DOLLARS unto SHEILA A. BROWN, her issue per stirpes.
J. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWO THOUSAND
($2,000.00) DOLLARS unto my stepchild, WAYNE NAUGLE, his heirs and assigns
forever.
K. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWO THOUSAND
($2,000.00) DOLLARS unto my stepchild, PATRICIA BENSON, her heirs and assigns
forever.
L. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWO THOUSAND
($2,000.00) DOLLARS unto my stepchild, JAN HARRIS, her heirs and assigns forever.
M. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWO THOUSAND
($2,000.00) DOLLARS unto my sister-in-law, AGNES NAUGLE, her heirs and assigns
forever.
N. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of THREE THOUSAND
($3,000.00) DOLLARS unto my sister-in-law, HELEN SPARVER, her heirs and assigns
forever.

($5,000.00) DOLLARS unto my niece, MARCIA GROFF, her heirs and assigns forever.
P. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of TWO THOUSAND
($2,000.00) DOLLARS unto DIANE NAUGLE, her heirs and assigns forever.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature, and wheresoever
situate at the time of my decease, as follows:
A. I give, devise and bequeath, in four (4) equal shares, share and
share alike: one-fourth (1/4) unto GERALD S. LEIB, his heirs and assigns forever; one-
fourth (1/4) unto BARBARA L. LEIB-YOUNG; her heirs and assigns forever; one-fourth
(1/4) unto CHRISTINE M. MARSH, her heirs and assigns forever; and, one-fourth (1/4)
unto CHRISTINE M. MARSH, Trustee, in Trust for ERICA LEE MARSH (and other
children of CHRISTINE M. MARSH who may be born or adopted hereafter), her heirs
and assigns forever.

The amount distributed to CHRISTINE M. MARSH, Trustee, in trust, shall
be merged with the Trust established in paragraph 2. E, above, and administered as I
direct therein.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint CHRISTINE M. MARSH
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond or security and I
hereby authorize, empower and direct her to sell, mortgage, lease, pledge, manage,
control, dispose of, and in any way deal with any and all of my property, real, personal
or mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature, wheresoever situate, including, but not limited
to, authority and power to borrow, without personal liability therefor, for the benefit of my
estate or in order to provide for payment of any taxes or duties such sums of money, for
such periods and upon such terms and conditions as she deems advisable and to
secure the repayment of the sum or sums so borrowed by bond, note, mortgage,
pledge or hypothecation of the whole or any part of my estate, and to sell property for
the repayment thereof. All real estate may be sold and conveyed in fee simple estate
(or with such title as I possess), at public or private sale. All powers enumerated

herein, or referred to, shall authorize the transaction for such price or prices, upon such
terms and conditions, as in my Executrix's judgment is best for my estate, and to that
end she shall sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver all deeds or other
instruments necessary therefor as effectively as I could do if I were personally present.
If and in the event that CHRISTINE M. MARSH, does not survive me or complete
her duties as Executrix, then and in such event, I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint THOMAS E. MARSH Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond or security and to have all the powers, duties and discretion aforesaid.
I hereby release my above named Executrix and Executor from any duty that
may be imposed by law to sell, convert, or otherwise realize on my property, and do
hereby declare that a transfer and delivery in kind of property received, or acquired, by
my said Executrix and Executor shall be full and complete protection to them and a
performance of their duties hereunder.

her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our
names at her request, as witnesses hereto, in the presence of the said TESTATRIX

Testament in the presence of the witnesses, that she signed willingly, that she executed
it as her free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, that each of the
witnesses, in the presence and hearing of ALICE L. NAUGLE, TESTATRIX, signed the
Last Will and Testament as witnesses, and that to the best of their knowledge the
ALICE L. NAUGLE, TESTATRIX, was at that time eighteen years of age or Qlder, of
