STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, The Custer Company, Stan Custer, If. and Nancy B. Custer, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with of Custer Homes, Inc, of 2805 Old Post Road, Suite 200,
Hamsburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17110, for the construction of a single-family model home
upon a lot ofland situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. being designated
as Lot No, 16, Sterling Glen, See Exhibit "A",

of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by The Custer Company, Stan Custer, If.
and Nancy B. Custer to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Custer Homes, Inc, and the further consideration of
One Dollar to Custer Homes, Inc, paid by The Custer Company, Stan Custer, Jr. and Nancy B. Custer, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived,

All THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and
numbered as Lot No. 39 on the Final Subdivision and Land
Development Plan for Sterling Glen, said Plan dated January 17,
2002 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County on May 29, 2002 in Cumberland County Plan Book
85, Page 67, and as more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the right-of-way of Springdale Road at
the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and Lot No. 16 as appearing
on the aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the dividing line
of Lot No. 15 and Lot No. 16 as appearing on the aforesaid Plan,
North 06 degrees 60 minutes 47 seconds East for a distance of
150.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 16
and lands now or formerly owned by PHICO Realty Corporation, as
appearing on the aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the
dividing line of Lot No. 16 and lands now or formerly owned by
PHICO Realty Corporation, North 63 degrees 43 minutes 13 seconds
West for a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing
line between Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 17 as appearing on the
aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the dividing line between
Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 17 as appearing on the aforesaid Plan,
South 26 degrees 16 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of
100.00 feet to a point on the right-of-way of Springdale Road as
appearing on aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the right-
of-way of Springdale Road as appearing on the aforesaid Plan,
South 63 degrees 42 minutes 14 seconds East for a distance of
100.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
SAID TRACT CONTAINING 15,000 square feet, or .3446 acres, more or
less.
