RELEASE OF MECHANICS LIEN CLAIMS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT the undersigned Contractors, for value received, have remised, released and
waived, and by these presents, do, for themselves and their heirs, executors and
administrators, remise, release and waive, to and in favor of Eric D. Bradley, his successors
and/or assigns, their rights under Act of Assembly, entitled, "The Mechanics Lien Act of 1963,"
to file or enter on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against all the certain tract of land
situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 1198 Myerstown
Road, Gardners, PA (Lot #19 Michaux Meadows) for any and all work done upon and materials
furnished for structure on said property by them in the erection, building and completion
thereof, or that may hereafter be done or furnished on the same, so that a mortgage from
Christopher J, Sodmont ~
Patricia M, Sodmont to AmeriServ Mortgage Company -7~ 1/

shall be the first lien on said property, so far as its claims are concerned. It is the express NAME
intent of the parties to be legally bound hereby in accordance with the provisions of the
Mechanics Lien Act of 1963.
Further, the Contractors hereby warrant and represent that all material suppliers for
work performed on the property have been paid for their materials.
