WHEREAS, Geol1!e Holder and Carol Ann Holder . (hereinafter "Owner")
of MechanicsbUl1!.. Pennsvlvania. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
Thomas J. Carricato & Sons. mc.. (hereinafter "Contractor") of Middletown. Pennsvlvania. for the
erection of an office building upon a lot of land known as Lot 30. McCormick Crossin!!. Monroe
Township. Mechanicsbur!!. PA. 17055
NOW, Februarv 3. 2006 . at the time and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration
of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by the Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland, situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Lucinda Lane at the comer of Lot
No. 30 and Lot No. 31 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan oflots; thence along said
right-of-way line by a curve to the left having a radius of225.00 feet and an arc length of
211.125 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 29 and Lot No. 30; thence along said
dividing line South 75 degrees 58 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of241.849 feet to a point;
thence South 01 degree 13 minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of506.788 feet to a point; thence
North 86 degrees 40 minutes 24 seconds West, a distance of279.269 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 31; thence along said dividing line North 08
degrees 27 minutes 49 seconds West, a distance of 197.485 feet to a point; thence continuing
along same dividing line North 12 degrees 22 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance of239.504
feet to a point, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 30 on Subdivision Plan of Duffield Crossing, Phase III, recorded December 14,
2001 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Plan Book 84, Page 78.
