' WHEREAS, Dots, Inc. is employing Benmoore Construction, 87 Old River Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601 to provide labor and materials, as needed, to complete the Tenant's fit out in the Premises. - . .' NOW, .J/WVA/l.liru.>>..3 , 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the cons chon contract between the Tenant and the Contractor, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Tenant to conunence work on said building or improvements or purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the Owner and Contractor as part of Contractor's contraet with Tenant and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor, materialman, or any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contmctor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said Premises or any party thereof.
