2. A check made payable to the Register of Wills, Agent in the amount of $4,695.56 in payment of
the inheritance tax due;
3. An original and two copies of the Inventory; and
4. A check made payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $30.00 in payment of the filing
fees of $15.00 each to file the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and the Inventory.
