NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a forfeiture action has been commenced and is
now pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
between the parties above named for subsequent seizure and forfeiture of the
defendant real property, along with all improvements, appurtenances, buildings and
structures, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as plaintiff. An Application for
Process Pursuant to the Controlled Substances Forfeitures Act, 42 Pa. C.S.A. Section
6801 (b), has been duly filed with the Prothonotary of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, subjecting the real property to the orders and
decrees of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, on March 4, 2002,
