Enclosed please find the following:
. A Renunciation in favor of Mid Penn Bank, signed by Jennifer Gregory, the
daughter of the decedent, and notarized; and
. A check in the amount of $10.00, which covers the cost of filing both the
enclosed Renunciation and the Renunciation in favor of Mid Penn Bank, signed
by John Gregory, the son of the decedent, which has already been filed.
We believe that all documentation necessary for appointing Mid Penn Bank as the
Administrator of the Estate of Raymond E. Gregory has now been filed, and that all fees have
been paid. When the Letters Testamentary and Short Certificates are available, please forward
them to us in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope. Thank you very much for your
