is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Steve Kemper, Bui 1 der, Inc.
of Co 1 umb i a Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a two story house building upon a lot of land situate
in the Township of South Middleton, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a steel pin set on the northernmost dedicated right-of-way line of Lennon
Lane, a fifty (50) foot wide street, said pin marking the common point of adjoiner of
Lots #33 and #34 on the hereinafter mentioned plan with said right-of-way line: thence
extending in and along the northernmost dedicated right-of-way line of Lennon Lane by
an arc or curve to the right having a radius of two hundred thh'ty-five and fifty-five
hundredths (235.55) feet, a chord of one hundred ten and thirty-nine hundredths (110.39)
feet on a bearing South seventy-four (74) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes thirty (30)
seconds West, for an arc distance of one hundred eleven and forty-three hundredths(111.43)
feet to a steel pin on said right-of-way line; thence continuing alon9 said right-of
way line, South eight-eight (88) degrees five (5) minutes thirty-five (35) seconds
West, for a distance of ninety-one and four hundredths (91.4) feet to a steel pin on
said right-of-way line of Lot #35; thence extending along Lot #35, North fourteen (14)
degrees fifty-five (55) minutes twenty-five (25) seconds West, for a distance of five
hundred fifty-three and thirty-eight hundredths (553.38) feet to a steel pin; thence
South eightY5even (87) degrees twelve (12) minutes forty (40) seconds East, for a distance
of two hundred and no hundredths (200.00) feet to a steel pin; thence continuing
South fifteen (15) degrees fifty-three (53) minutes lero (00) seconds East for a
distance of five hundred twelve and eight hundredths (512.08) feet to steel pin set on
the northenmost dedicated right-of-way line of Lennon Lane, said pin marking the place
of BEGINNING.

ecution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Owners to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Owners and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Owners , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchasedfor the erection of said building, the right tofile such liens being expressly waived.
