I order and direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, be converted into cash and such cash be distributed as follows: 1. If the said VICTORIA ZIMMERMAN was divorced or separated from my said son at the time of his death, I order and direct that the foregoing bequest to her shall lapse and the subject matter thereof be distributed in equal shares to the persons named in subparagraphs b., c., and d. immediately following hereinbelow. b. I give and bequeath one-fourth (1J4) thereof unto my grandson, namely, CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH ZIMMERMAN, absolutely. c.
