Term '-' ~-, I WHEREAS, Owner, with their principal address, 463 Church Street, Minersville, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with A.P, Williams, Inc" Contractor, of 3035 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for the construction and/or erection of improvements for Lot 2 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Silver Springs Market Place, dated May 20,2005, in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
