AND NOW, this 21st day of February, 2006, after
hearing in the above-captioned matter, the Court declares
Claire Crego to be a fully incapacitated person and,
accordingly, we appoint Christine Rathbun as plenary
guardian of her estate and person. Given the
mother/daughter relationship between the Petitioner and
Claire Crego, the Court will not require any bond to be
posted in this matter.
